Descriptions, not offers
These pages explain our usual way of working. None of them commits us to sell any domain at any figure. A purchase is binding only when a written agreement for that specific name has been signed by us and by you, and from then on that document is what counts.
Names can go
Until an agreement is signed, a name we have mentioned to you may be sold to someone else or taken off the market. If that happens to a name you enquired about, we will let you know promptly.
General remarks only
What we say about trademarks, search engines, email settings or tax is general background. It is not legal, tax or technical advice for your circumstances; your own advisers are the right people for that.
The enquiry form
The form is for real questions about domain names. Automated, abusive or off-topic submissions may be discarded, and repeat senders blocked.
Ownership of the site
Fairleads Advisors owns the words, the mark and the design here. Quoting a sentence or two with a link to the source is fine; reproducing pages wholesale is not.
Limits
We offer the site without warranties of any kind. To the extent Utah law permits, Fairleads Advisors accepts no liability for losses that come from relying on it or from it being offline.
Governing law
These terms are read under the laws of Utah, and the state and federal courts in Salt Lake County hear any disagreement over them.
