Your details, in plain terms
Current as of 23 September 2026.
Fairleads Advisors, of 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, is responsible for the personal information described below, which comes to us through fairleadsadvisors.com and through our email. Anything on this page can be raised with Gemma at gemma@fairleadsadvisors.com.
Sent through the form
A submitted enquiry gives us the address you are asking about, who you are, the company you work for and an email to reply to, plus whatever optional details you add: phone, the kind of question, a message. The connecting IP address travels with it so that spam and misuse can be traced. All of it is used to reply to you and, should a purchase follow, to arrange it.
Turnstile
A Cloudflare Turnstile check sits under the form to keep automated submissions out. It works from signals your browser shares with Cloudflare during the visit, and it involves no advertising cookies. Cloudflare publishes its own policy on how that data is treated.
Our email
Mail sent to or from us passes through our email provider and stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation needs it. A first message from us goes only to a business address that a company publishes or that is published for it, and it always explains how to decline further mail.
Kept out of the site
fairleadsadvisors.com runs without analytics software, ad tags or pixels. Contact details are never sold, swapped or rented. The only outside parties who see them are the providers the work depends on: the web host and email provider, and, for an actual purchase, the escrow company and the registrars at each end.
Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to a purchase is deleted once two years have passed since the last message in its thread. Paperwork for a completed purchase stays for seven years, the period accounting and tax rules ask for. An address that has asked not to hear from us again is held on a do-not-contact list, precisely so it stays uncontacted.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
Write to Gemma to request a copy of what we have about you, a correction, or its removal, and expect an answer inside 30 days. Residents of some states and countries can also take a concern to their local privacy regulator.
